Food is always great. Service is not. I call in orders to pick up sometimes, often it is quick and they are polite. Other times I am left on hold for almost ten minutes until I finally hang up and then call back for the next 20 minutes while the phone is still off the hook and I get the busy signal. When that happens I order something else.

Usually, I can depend on a great burger. Today, I did not enjoy my order. Each burger on my order was very pink in the middle, and very hard. There was a large crowd this afternoon, so maybe the staff was a bit overwhelmed? I'm not sure. Either way, a "New Orleans" styled restaurant should be up to par with each customer's purchase, no matter the numbers of customers on line.

The people working there aren't authentic, no Lee Press on Nails and hair do's. The food is top notch though. Somebody must have snuck in there and left a bunch of their NOLA style art work with price tags and stuff, but I haven't had any problems with loitering.

Ate there last month and it was great! #2 & #4
With all the complaints I've read, maybe it's the patty. The original was never bigger than the bun and the meat tasted great by itself. Maybe you need a new purveyor OR you're forgetting to sprinkle seasonings on the patty.

Glad to have ya'll back... hope to have the "grilled" taste back someday too. Yup, I have to agree with the rest, the smoky, grilled taste just isn't there.

we really want to see you succeed but something is not right. they do not taste grilled, they taste like burger king and the fries are always cold. been 5 times since you reopened at different times of the day. until I can smell them cooking a block away I will not be back. Maybe you should talk to the prior owners and find out what they did that was so right because what you are doing is so wrong.

Lots of people complaining that the meet doesn't taste right...condiments are wrong when ordered...the charbroiled taste is wrong...I would be concerned...I'm not going to go to Bud's in City Park unless you get your act together...guess I will just keep going to the one on Causeway...

I work there and we're trying our best to keep the authentic quality of the ORIGINAL Budd's Broiler. We hope to see you soon.
